Necromancer Returns - Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

I am a game developer since 2005. I began to develop mobile games in 2021. Before that, I have had developed about 40 games for other platforms.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

The hardest part is getting the game to release. Search for artists and fund the project. Keep the team.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

Kingdom Rush: I like all the series of this game. I'm a fan. I like the visual style, simplicity of gameplay, and humor.

How long have you been working on this app?

I have been developing the game for 2 years. From 2016 to 2018.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

I love turn-based battles and wanted to make a game for those who like this genre.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Differences between Necromancer Returns and Braveland:

- There are commander heroes who are outside the battlefield
- The battlefield is larger and gives more tactical options
- Units may be upgraded to level 2
- Side quests
- A Dungeon
- “Initiative” bar
- The battles are more dynamic, similar to the ones in Heroes of Might & Magic 3

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

The plans were to implement the game "Magicians Legacy", but I froze it, tk. did not see a response from the players. Now another project is in development, which I have not announced yet, it will be in a different genre.

I really want players to try my game and recommend to friends if they like it.
