Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

Yes. 'cTrader' was developed by 'Spotware', a professional financial technology provider and an expert company in building online trading platforms and other various solutions within the capital markets space. We have a team of more than 100 developers with a strong background and a lot of practical experience.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

Latest 'cTrader Mobile' is a huge leap ahead compared to the old version in terms of technology. It is built using a cross-platform technology but still delivers a native experience and speed. Provided all with great UI - it is a mix that was hard to implement.

'Pocket'. It is the best app to save articles to read them later. Seamless sync between platforms. Use of tags for navigating and organizing the information. 'Voice Reading' when on the go, and much more. Good and clean design. Always works, and useful when offline.

How long have you been working on this app?

One and a half years to the first release and one year more to the current state.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

Native design, great usability and fluid UI combined with all instruments the user needs for trading, such as fluid and responsive charts with a variety of indicators, advanced order types and tools, detailed symbol information, price alerts and other notifications, trading statistics to analyze performance and much more. And with every new update users get new useful features.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

'cTrader' mobile app is a good balance between simplicity of usage and advanced functionality. For professionals, it will be a sweet spot compared to 'MT4'. For inexperienced users, it has room to grow. And more and more features are added regularly.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

We focus on continuous improvement and offer new features and extended functionality in every new update. In the upcoming versions, we plan to introduce more content, such as economic calendar, trading signals, tools to support business decisions.
