My Dental Clinic is a project of Quantum X, Inc. For more than 15 years, we’ve been building projects that are completed on time, within budget, and beyond expectation. Our other software projects include Applicant Tracking System like My Recruitment Assistant (MyRA) and Crew Master that can cater to Recruitment industries worldwide.
The most challenging aspect is the SYNCING of data from App Version to Web Version because it needs to be real-time and accurate all the time. And also since this is a worldwide client-based app, customer support is also challenging.

We have been working and updating My Dental Clinic since 2017 and until now, we have been continuously studying and researching new features that can improve its usability and capabilities.
When we developed this app we made sure that the features that we will put are User-Friendly and had No Bugs. And since this is a worldwide app, we made sure that all features that we are adding can be a help to all users.
I believe our advantage with other apps is that we are a customer-feedback-based app, meaning we ask our users for feedback directly on what are the features they need for them to use the app. Our customer relations team is fast to answer all the inquiries of our users. We use social media like Facebook to connect to them and answer all their inquiries as fast as we can. And also, we have very competitive pricing, we are cheaper than the other apps in the market but we see to it that all our features are usable by all our users.
We need to always improve the SYNCING of data for both the app and the web version, we need to look for ways to make it simpler, faster, and better.

About App:
My Dental Clinic helps dentists manage their patients and clinic. Dentists can keep a database of their patient’s records. These include personal information, dental charts, dental notes, and appointments. They can also attach dental images and keep a record of patient payments. A dentist can also call or send SMS directly from the contact number of the patient. Appointments can be saved directly to your Android calendar.
There are 3 types of plans to choose from – FREE, SOLO and PLUS.
FREE version features include:
● Use the app in other languages - Spanish, Russian, Arabic, and Portuguese
● Keep track of your patients’ Personal Information, Medical History, Multi-teeth Dental Charting, Dental Notes, Photos, and Cash Payments.
● Create a backup of your patient data.
● Keep track of your daily and upcoming appointments
● Call or send SMS to your patient in one click
● Add the patient contact number to your phone’s contact list.
● Generate a simple financial report in an instant
Note: Free Account users only save data on mobile phones. My Dental Clinic cannot retrieve data when you damage/lose your mobile device or accidentally delete the app.
SOLO plan features have all the basic features and:
● One device only.
● Patient data is safe and secured with auto-backup on My Dental Clinic cloud servers.
● Send SMS Reminders to your upcoming and re-call patient appointments.
● Safe and secure database because you can backup and restore your patient data.
● Ability to create a Patient Prescription.

PLUS plan features have all the basic features and:

● 5 GB of data storage or 10 GB of Data if with Web Access.
