Merge Cats – Crypto Bitcoin Game - Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

Before Merge Cats, we were working on the Battle Royal game on the PC. With the increase in our experience, we took on new developments. Right now, we have 3 games.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

The most difficult things during the development were to properly configure client-server interaction, work with users' wallets, and their security. And sometimes it's just hard to choose the most useful feature for the user.

Sergey Zasorin is the Founder and Head of the CryptoSoul game studio. After playing professional poker for more than 6 years, Sergey became passionate about the Crypto world and eventually found CryptoSoul.

I have 2 apps that I really love.
Legends of Runeterra - For the great variety of actions in the battle. Plus, I've been in the top 1000 players 4 times.
Evernote - For its functionality and ease of planning processes. Useful for both work and daily life.

How long have you been working on this app?

The CryptoSoul team has been working on Merge Cats for 1 year and 8 months. In the past, we tried to make a PC game that we had to postpone due to lack of resources. Merge Cats is a game of which we took advantage of all the experience gained earlier. Thanks to this game, we now have the resources and even more experience to make the Battle Royal game that we started earlier, but now on mobile devices.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

At the time of development, first of all, we thought about:
> Interesting process of receiving rewards
> Simple experience of interacting with cryptocurrency
> Exciting competition with the opponents
> Upgradeability
> Quick contact with the game developer and support team.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

We are better than many mobile games due to the fact that we give players a currency that can be withdrawn into the real world, or used in our other games. This is quite an innovation as no one else has succeeded in implementing this before. We are proud that by downloading our game, users enter the world of cryptocurrency and begin their first experience of interacting with blockchain technology. Almost 60% of our players have never dealt with cryptocurrency before, and we make their experience as simple as possible, and become a bridge between the real world and the world of cryptocurrency.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

We are working on new features in Merge Cats that will improve social interaction between users and which will make the gameplay more interesting. This includes communication in the game, social events, and much more.
