No, it is my first sport app for flyers that I developed.
The first six months until completion of the app were very time consuming and challenging. I had to spend a lot of my free time developing the app. Otherwise, there were no other difficulties because I knew that it will be a very useful app. Despite the amount of work, I really enjoyed working on it.
Born in 1988 in Kabul, Afghanistan. In 1999 she came with her family to Germany, and in 2007 she moved to Munich, where she lives now. Since 2012 she experiences as a nutritionist, and in 2017 she became a self-employed fitness trainer.
I don't have a favorite app. There are many similar sport apps I like. 'Travelletics' is the only sport app for the airplane though. That´s what it makes it so special. I have developed many exercises for the app to help and support my customers in order to ensure their well-being.
It took me 6 months to work on the planning, developing, texting, programming and the video shooting of the 'Travelletics' app.
Mobility in the airplane is severely limited. We sometimes sit for many hours in the same position and barely move. Therefore it is very important to ensure the stabilization of the blood circulation. As a fitness instructor, my wish was to support people to do more physical exercises in order to feel better. Especially during travelling but also during working hours in the office. With the 'Travelletics' app you effectively train the whole body despite the little space in the airplane.
There are many similar sport apps on the market. 'Travelletics' is the only international sport app for the airplane. I have developed many exercises. F.ex. 90 individual whole body workout exercises that you will find in the app. All exercises can be done whilst sitting. For health reasons it is really important to support frequent flyers in preventing thrombosis and circulation problems. I am glad to have recognized the lack of exercise and mobility in this area and I want to help people.
For the next update many new, additional and exciting exercises are planned. F.ex. facial exercises. For more fun also background music will be an option. Let yourself be surprised. One of my many plans/goals is to cooperate with airline companies in order to reach and help more people.
