I started programming when I was a teenager. I was always fascinated from Jump & Run games so I programmed my own game. It ran on a PC with a resolution of 320x240 and was great fun to play.
The app uses the most popular workouts from YouTube but they needed to be analyzed according to the muscle groups the train like abs, butt or legs. Physiotherapists have done this task.
