Yes, I've worked in the Android app development industry for almost 5 years as a developer and have been running my own setup for more than 3 years. During my employment, I developed lots of apps for my employers and I am still developing apps for my Play Store accounts.
The most challenging aspect is and will be quality assurance to ensure users don't have any problem with my apps. I have to constantly test my apps on different API levels and devices for it, but still, there is always room for further improvement.
I hold a MS in Software Engineering from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan. After completing my education, I worked for 5 companies and then thought it better to utilize my experience in starting my own developer setup. I have been running this setup from home for the last 3 years. I don't have a proper office or any employees under me. I just hire graphic designers to design graphical resources for my apps. The rest of the work I do myself, from market analysis for new apps to uploading and marketing my apps on the Play Store.
All apps on my Play Store account are my favorite, as they're giving me too much in the form of knowledge and earnings.
I've worked on this app for almost 2 weeks, and once an app is on the Play Store, we have to keep working for it.
I had the need of users to take their medication effectively and without any fiasco or forgetfulness.
I think my app is better than other apps in the market, because it offers all the features for free, whilst most of the similar apps charge their users. I have it uploaded on multiple play stores like Google Play, Amazon and Bemobi which cover most of the android devices in the market. It might have more room for improvement but still, I'm proud of it because I'm helping my users without any motive for earning.
I have put everything I could think of in the app as best as I understand it. The rest of the decisions about the app, lie with my users.
I expect my users to give proper feedback about this app, what further features they want in it, and if they like it, share this app with others as well.
