The new Brili Routines: Habit Tracker app was introduced earlier this year for adults in the ADHD community. Our first app Brili Routines: Visual Timer has been out on both GooglePlay and Apple since 2014. Our team has over 20 years of coding experience.
The most challenging component in developing this new mobile Brili app was accurately recreating the Brili method with new code that can be built on effectively for many years to come. We had to properly translate and re-design the beneficial features that helped parents and their children with ADHD in our kid’s app into features that can work for adults with ADHD in the new one. Although it was challenging, we have managed to build a great foundation with all the key features needed in an ADHD-friendly routine solution.

The apps Duolingo and Otsimo are great for the value and learnings they provide their users through gamification. They make the process of learning more fun and interactive so users learn much faster and can maintain positive results. The current team has been working on the Brili app since 2018. Since then, with feedback from the ADHD community, experts and influencers, we have developed a product road map that will take Brili to the next level.
Adults with ADHD, recently diagnosed or diagnosed early in life, are looking for structural solutions designed for them that can help them get stuff done. Many routine apps that are currently available have distracting over-complicated features that do not provide the simplicity and flexibility that many adults with ADHD are looking for. The Brili app addresses many of the underlying symptoms of ADHD, from time blindness and trouble staying on task to anxiety and negative self-perception, with an ADHD-friendly design and list of features.
The Brili swipe cards and features are unique to our application and allow users to move through their routines in a structured, yet adaptive manner not seen in any other app out there. With postpone, reorder and delete swipe options on each task, Brili users are able to adapt their routines quickly to their busy schedules and remain on task. As Brili users get through their routines, the app's unique dynamic timer helps them visualize how much they have successfully completed and how many tasks they have yet to get done. I believe, no other app out there currently provides such a great combination of ADHD-friendly features.
The future plans for Brili have been defined by the ADHD community. At the beginning of this year, we were able to get the newest version of Brili out with the help of donations and app pre-orders through a crowdfunding campaign. We plan to build on the app's educational and community components as well as re-vamp the in-app incentivization system to make completing tasks even more motivating and exciting. With the new community-oriented, educational, and routine incentivization features, Brili will be a holistic solution for finding structure in everyday life.
