I was trained up to Bac +3 in France in IT development, with an introduction to Android development. On my side, I took training further, and I also learned to develop with iOS.
The most difficult part was writing all the texts and translating them into more than 10 languages because the application contains more than a hundred skate figures (tricks). But it's not that complex compared to other projects I've done like Cardiac Coherence or Seven Workout.

There are a lot of projects that I have enjoyed since the early days of Android, here are the ones I use the most on a daily basis:
Songsterr: For playing guitar and learning new songs.
Smart Audiobook player for audiobooks: It is, for me, the best app besides listening/managing its audiobooks with ease.
Dealabs: To locate good plans.
To produce the first version, a few months. But there was the bare minimum. In total I would say 6 months to get a good version.
I couldn't find any app that met the need to Learn Skateboarding. I told myself that it was still a shame, there are a lot of skateboarders around the world, and I am one myself, so I naturally wanted to share my passion with the wider world.
I think Skate Tricks is the best because it brings an unmatched amount of tricks, translated into many languages. It is explained with simplicity, images, as well as videos. I also added a fun side to the app, as well as some humor. It's also like a video game, you follow your skate progress, you can see your stats, win trophies and share them with other skateboarders. Finally, if you want to really have fun or challenge yourself, there is the Game of skate, to face your friends. The Dice, to turn a trick at random and try it, and finally, the skate school which offers a new trick to learn every 24 hours.
There are several features that I would like to add, but quite big: spot locator worldwide, a social network for skateboarders. It would be quite long, but ideally, I would like to include them in Skate Tricks, that would be great.
So, I will first say thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading me, and if you want to support the project, do not hesitate to share the application with people who skate (or not), on social networks, in skateparks ... wherever you want.
