Yes, 10+ years of coding experience (web + mobile) :)

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

It's the first time we've built a full product from scratch, so we need to pull everything together, from customer segmentation to coding, marketing, data analytics, and upgrade management.

We have touched most parts before, more or less, but it's the first time we get everything in depth.

And Google strengthens the privacy policy recently, so we worked hard to minimize the data to be stored on the server.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

Gmail, WhatsApp, and Newsify.

Newsify is an RSS reader app (for old school guys :p). It's simple, efficient, and solid.

How long have you been working on this app?

The initial version has been around for 6 months, and we have been continuously improving it since then.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

Minimize the learning curve when you are picking up a CRM.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Our app has fewer features, but simpler to pick up and use, users should not spend much effort in learning the system.

So, most fields are intelligently linked to email data, so users do not need to fill up 90% of the stuff. e.g. the contacts info will be directly collected from the email 'to' and 'from' fields.

Another huge feature is, the app works seamlessly with our popular chrome extension of 'Simple Gmail Notes'

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

Multiple languages (Japanese and Spanish first), and we would try to CUT out some features, and make the screens more compact.
