Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

Very little, back in the days coding a game with ZX81 and then developing MS access databases to pay for my university tuition.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

Offering a way to consolidate data access to more than 1 SeoToaster Ultimate CRM and also Leads from a SeoSamba Marketing Operating System (MOS) account.

LinkedIn, I love the local connection beaming feature. Really handy for events. Evernote for its simplicity, even if it increasingly becomes less so.

1 year.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

We wanted an app that would work seamlessly for our existing CRM and MOS users, keep it easy also to use even if the data volume it can access can be pretty massive.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

SeoSamba CRM app is the only app is a market that allows multi-business owners or multi-location businesses to access any number of CRM’s, making it possible also to have dedicated managers and sales rep to a specific CRM, while offering transversal access to data for a regional manager or multi-location owner.

SeoSamba CRM app is also the only native App allowing access to on-premise CRM’s, ideal for organizations required to meet regulatory requirements.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

We will be offering contact pop up from inbound calls, geo-location of nearby contacts on the map, and some additional nifty communication features
