QR Code Scan – WhatScan - Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

Yes, we are a dedicated team of Android developers with more than 8 years of experience in coding, with more than 80 apps within different categories.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

The most challenging aspect was making possible to scan all type of QR codes and barcodes as well in any type of scenario. It supports all types of text formats to scan the QR code, barcode and 'WhatsApp' QR code for opening another 'WhatsApp' account on the same device.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

There are lots of apps we love but we will mention some of them here, and they are 'InstaSaver', 'WiFi File Transfer', 'File Manager', 'Whatscan' and 'WhatsMe' as well because it's mostly useful for daily basis tasks.

How long have you been working on this app?

Since 90 days ago. Right now we are also working on better user experience.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

We tried to capture main two needs in this app. The first one is that while purchasing anything there must be a QR code or a barcode in all purchases and products as well, so it’s very easy to scan any type of those codes through this mobile app. The second need is regarding 'WhatsApp'. Most of users use two 'WhatsApp' accounts on the same mobile device or use someone else's WA on their device, so it’s very helpful for those users to run dual 'WhatsApp' accounts with the help of this app.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Our app is better because it has two functionality features: 1. QR code scanner and 2. Whatscan. Also, it has smooth and easy to use interface for users to easily use and understand the app. It has more functionalities than other apps. It is very helpful and you can check someone else's 'WhatsApp'.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

Our new version will be coming soon and it has new things like support for inverse scanning and QR code generator features with which user can generate their own QR code. The updates will also include bug fixes from time to time.
