Yes, I started my career with mobile application development. I have worked on Symbian, Windows, Android & iPhone.
We tried to be unique among the others in this space. The UX had to be really simple and friendly to the user. Especially with the nature of audience of this app, most of the major features we had to iterate a few times with the UX design and the technology side so as to make the features accessible within one or two navigations. For example, Quickchat; booking an appointment after a quick chat is simple flows in the application. We believe UX is a continuous effort and we keep working on the betterment of the experience for simplifying users’ life.
a) Whatsapp – It’s a must-to-have app, we do a lot of communication using Whatsapp
b) Wysa – It’s a virtual chat bot for mental health
c) Google Analytics – We track website activity on the phone
d) Google Ads – We track our campaigns
e) PlayStore Console – We track our app and app performance
We took around 3 months to implement the idea. Our past experiences in this technology assisted medical field served as a good platform in building this version.
To assist users who have mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attack, OCD, and other such problems.
a) We are focusing on customer service, once a user comes in touch with us, we ensure that he is delighted with our service b) We are going to focus on local languages to reach more users. Build the app in local languages, serve clients in their local languages.
We are working on a few new features, the main ones are: 1. Making the pricing plans savvy for the user. 2. Bundling of services, family oriented packages, 3. Features/tools that will help users to continuously monitor their betterment.
Share our app to users who are fighting mental health; they need help. We have gone through it and we don’t want people to suffer.
About App: Pinkymind is a medium for people to reach out, who for one reason or another, are hesitant to discuss their problems. The platform aims to address these problems before they fester and escalate. It is no secret that teenagers are affected by stress, anxiety, and depression. The parents of these children also find it tough to interact with them and protect them. Some people deal with marital discord; others are faced with a big question mark when it comes to career-related decisions. It can be increasingly difficult to cope with more than one issue at the same time. According to a study, emotional health conditions are a major dimension in companies as well. Corporate employees are the people most affected by stress. They report feeling isolated, choked, and dejected. They are burdened with the fear about their future and the anxiety results in less productivity and below par performance.
