Uber, AirBnB and Pinterest are apps that are pretty well polished, have a nice UI and UX are fluid to use.
About a month, considering only the working hours.
It's a great tool to search for a job, since it brings job offers from all over the world, provided by the biggest job board players on the internet.
The app is very simple to use (yet effective), it helps the user to be more aware of the job openings (through notifications), and it gathers the most relevant offers from some of the biggest apps on the market.
Mostly tools to ease the connection between people who are seeking jobs and companies, such as tests, and a dashboard for company accounts. Also, ways to predict and suggest similar job titles according to previous usage.
