Logo Maker by Tailor Brands - Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

I have little experience building complex apps but my goal with the 'Logo Maker' app was to keep the process as simple as possible, this made the app easy to define, code and deploy.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

There were a number of challenges I ran into when creating the app. One of them was the connectivity with the web app in order to enable our users access the back-end across any device, be it mobile, tablet or desktop. The second obstacle was saving the user history in the app and making the logo creation process as quick and streamlined as possible.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

An app that I have found to be super helpful is 'Tasker', creating tasks via your Android device no matter the size helps make your day that much more productive. I have always appreciated the 'IFTTT' logic and the process behind it. I have also found the 'Nova Launcher' to be very helpful when using my Android. The launcher is smooth, fast, lightweight and comes with tons of customizations.

How long have you been working on this app?

The 'Logo Maker' app was a project meant to last 2 weeks, I was on target as far as the timeline. I am looking forward to adding new features according to user requests and feedback.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

As entrepreneurs, business owners and freelancers some of our most inspiring moments happen when we least expect them. Whether it's on the train, walking down the street or in a cafe. This app allows anyone to capture that moment to work on their brand when they are most inspired and take it to the next level.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.
