Logicube - Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

I always had an interest in software development. I have been working as a software developer for eight years. My work is not related to game development, but game development is my hobby.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

The most challenging part is inventing and designing levels so that difficulty gets increased.

Graduated Computer Science at the Szczecin University. During my studies, I started working as an embeded system developer. Currently, I work as a software developer for the automotive industry. I love new technologies and programming, it's my work and my hobby.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

I love Google Street View. It's incredible to see all places from my home. The second is "Cut the rope", it's very absorbing game.

How long have you been working on this app?

I am working on the app for over a year.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

I regularly commute to another city for a long time. I wanted to make travel time more pleasant for others who also have long travels.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Logicube is a game which enforces thinking. It's innovative because it contains few simple elements which combine into one compiled solution. Game contains almost 50 difficulty levels. This game will be interesting for parents, because there is no age restriction, it's a game which doesn't contain violence nor sexual content. It does not matter whether you are 3 or 70 years old, this game is for you.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

I would like to add more levels and Virtual Reality support.
