Gper GPS - Interview with the developer of a fantastic app

Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

Yes. I have had prior experience in coding and program development. I have developed a learning application for English vocabulary, and a program to measure comfort of an escalator.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

We need some features to use in the background regularly. However, growing restrictions on using them in OS upper than Android 8.0 has put challenges to us, too.

'Ihateflyingbugs. Inc.' - Developed an English vocabulary learning application. 'ERC Co., Ltd.' - Developed an escalator monitoring program and a riding quality measuring program. 'Spacosa Corp.' - Developing GPS tracking mobile application.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

Due to my current job in developing a location monitoring application, I am currently interested in applications of a kind, such as 'Life360' and 'iSharing'. In addition, I use BLE related applications.

How long have you been working on this app?

I have been working on this application for about 2-3 months.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

I have had in mind those who have been in need of location monitoring service, especially elderly people with Alzheimer's and little children, as well as drivers of delivery vehicles or school buses.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Combined with our own GPS device, it can provide more accurate information. Due to our global device, users can get seamless tracking service all over the world.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

I am considering to improve UI and UX for easier and faster use of the application and to improve the precision of the location data.
