Anik Shimul has work experience varying from testing and contributing to the newly developed operating system ('Tizen') for Samsung smartphones, the back-end of an enterprise-level broadcast media archiving system ('Viz One'), to defining and developing the architecture and core modules of a multi-featured crowd-sourced e-commerce platform ('Fabrilife'), right from the scratch. Shimul is currently into his 7th year of professional career, and worked with multiple global tech companies ('Samsung R&D' and 'Vizrt'). He is now working as a Senior Software Engineer at 'Bytefact'. Throughout his career, Shimul has gained experience and expertise on various technological platforms, databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, MongoDB) and languages (C++, Perl, PHP, Python, JS). Rabbi Hossain is a Software Engineer at 'Bytefact', where he's working as a full-stack developer to write front-end and back-end codes for a multi-vendor e-commerce platform, 'Fabrilife'. He also worked with several other companies or projects including 'Krossware', 'Aware' etc., to write cross-platform, privacy and security-focused mobile and web applications. Before achieving 3 years of career experience, Rabbi contributed by writing codes for around 2 years for different 'Firefox Browser' and 'Firefox OS' projects in 'Mozilla'. He also organized several hackathon and training sessions on 'Mozilla' technologies for the Bangladesh community. Throughout his career, Rabbi has gained experience in different languages like Java, JavaScript, PHP, Elm, and Haskell. He is also expert on several front-end and back-end framework technologies like React, React Native, Laravel, Express, and Sails.js.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

'Uber' and 'Shazam'. Because of their robustness and massive data management as well as supreme user experience.

How long have you been working on this app?

About one and a half years.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

Our main focus was to give users an unique and smooth experience to create their customized T-shirts and other apparel online, on-demand.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

Currently we do not have any competitors on the local market. We are the first to introduce the print-on-demand platform in our country and we have already gathered a massive customer and user base. Till date, 'Fabrilife' has more than 1000 graphic designers registered who are actively earning money by opening online T-shirt stores with their designs in the 'Fabrilife' platform. This itself is a matter of pride for our team.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

Providing app specific promotions and coupon codes, enhancing the features as merchant dashboard etc...
