Yes, I run a development consulting company and I have launched apps previously.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

Instagram, Twitter, Uber. They all just connect you with other people and make life easier.

How long have you been working on this app?

I've been working on it for 6 months.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

I wanted users to be able to login, get a set of ingredients for the day and then see what they could come up with on their own. Then I decided that we should allow users to upload and compare what they made with each other. It just seemed like a fun way to give a cooking competition to the every-day person. Not everyone will be able to get on the show 'Chopped'!

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

There wasn't really any cooking competition apps available on the market. So I figured the app would just create a fun competitive outlet for people who enjoy cooking. Even if not to compete against others, it gives you the ability to challenge yourself.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

I will be adding additional categories and most likely allow recipe creation.
