Did you have any prior development or coding experience?

No, I didn't have any coding experience with Android or iOS.

What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?

I was trying to implement our chat system with the application, whilst the chat system did not have any API to connect it with the app, so the iframe WebView kind of saved me.

I am a 20 years old Egyptian who studies Journalism. I've always been obsessed with anything related to computers and Internet, so every experience I gained was self-taught and now it has become my business.

Name a few of your favorite apps and reason you love them.

I kind of like 'WhatsApp' because it's popular here in Egypt.

How long have you been working on this app?

2 months.

What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?

I wanted to make it easy for the user to reach out to our chat system. And for people who don't get along with mobile phones in Egypt, the app is an easy way to make them reach our services.

In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.

If you ask me why I know that this app is going to be viral...because this application is one of a kind! There has never been something like it in Egypt: it's the first time that Egypt is open to this field.

What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?

Currently, I am trying to get our chat system developers to provide me an API so I could upgrade the chat system in the application. This will provide more elegance, smoothness, and user satisfaction.

This is the work of my life: I've been trying to take a step for years and this app was my first step to success. It would be great if you could share it with your friends!
